The Amigo AmECO Combi Waterproof Fly Rug is ideal for unpredictable summer weather, and a superb choice for the eco-conscious equestrian, created from approximately 188 plastic bottles (based on a 6ft3 size). It helps to keep pesky insects at bay, while offering coverage from rain showers.

The sides of this rug are engineered from breathable rPet refined polyester mesh with a close weave to prevent bugs from reaching your horse's skin, and it is coloured to reflect the sun to provide 65% UV protection. The mesh at the check is an open weave rPet Open Pore polyester, which helps improve aeration over the shoulders, which are a key area prone to overheating. Over the back of the AmECO Combi is an rPet 1200D polyester material, which is both waterproof (10,000mm) and breathable (3,000gml/m²), so you can turn your horse out with confidence that they will stay dry.

All the fabric components in this rug are made of 100% recycled polyester, which helps to reduce landfill waste and the use of virgin materials. This mades the hard working AmECO rug a better choice for the environment.

Included with this superb Amigo Rug is a detachable hood so that you can match your horse's needs during changing conditions, and a waterproof extra long tail flap for increased coverage. Three straight surcingles and a wipe clean tail cord ensure the rug stays in place, while the Dual Leg Arches allow optimum freedom of movement and added belly protection.
